1. Eligibility

To use QR Dada, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal right to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate information during registration

If you are using QR Dada on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

2. Your Account

To access most features, you must create an account using your email and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
• All activities under your account
• Not sharing your credentials with others

You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Certain QR Dada features may require payment. We use Stripe and Razorpay to securely process transactions.

By upgrading to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Pay all applicable fees
• Allow recurring billing if you choose a subscription

We do not store your payment card details directly.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of payment at: support@qrdada.com

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to QR Dada — including design, branding, tools, and features — is owned by Fourth Dimension Media Solutions.

You retain rights to any content you upload (e.g. logo, brand name), but grant us permission to host and display it solely for delivering the service.

You may not reproduce, copy, or resell any part of QR Dada without written permission.

7. User Content

You are fully responsible for any data, images, text, or links you upload or embed in your QR codes. We are not liable for:

• Third-party claims based on your QR content
• Legal consequences of using copyrighted or offensive material

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates laws or these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

QR Dada is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:

• Any loss of data, revenue, or business
• Service outages or technical issues
• Third-party damages resulting from your use of QR codes

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for QR Dada services in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in misuse, fraud, or harmful activity

Upon termination, your access to saved designs and analytics may be removed.

10. Privacy and Cookies

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please review these documents to understand your rights and how we collect and use information.

11. Changes to the Service

We may add, remove, or change features from time to time. Major changes will be communicated via the platform or email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise stated in specific agreements. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in India.
